“Served as a representative of Nike Art Gallery in my capacity as Information Technology Manager for the “There Is No Planet B” Upcycling Art Workshop and Exhibition, sponsored by the Royal Norwegian Embassy, Abuja in collaboration with the Nike Art Gallery, Abuja. In this role, I developed and managed the participant registration system, coordinated data collation and screening processes with the selection team, and designed key administrative and communication materials, including promotional designs, attendance records, and feedback forms. I also provided logistical coordination support to ensure the smooth execution of daily workshop activities. Beyond my administrative and technical contributions, I remained present throughout the five-day workshop, engaging closely with the creative process from conception to execution. This proximity offered valuable insight into how participating artists transformed discarded materials into meaningful works of art, reinforcing the importance of structured support systems in enabling successful artistic collaboration and production within a sustainable art practice. I express sincere appreciation to the Royal Norwegian Embassy for their generous sponsorship, Mama Nike for partnering and hosting the programme, the facilitators for their guidance, my colleague Ms. Katurağ Chinyio for her collaboration, and all the participating artists for their creativity and commitment throughout the workshop.”
